"I have to give Mallee at State Farm Doug Marmie office a huge thank you for her professional services and helping resolving a claim that was almost a year old. On August 28th 2023 there was a tornado hit our campgrounds and ripped my awning and slide out cover totally destroyed both items. On July 8th 2024 I finally had someone that took care of me. On July 13th I had my claim completed and payments were sent out to my bank account. Yahoo!!!!! Due to her eagerness to resolve this issue she called and texted me updates from my claim. Only due to her persistent performance and concern for this claim I had this claim resolved in less than a week. I have been a State Farm customer for over 50 years and never had an issue with any claim but this claim was another problem. Again thanks so much for your help Mallee."
